9/26/23 Agenda Items:

1. Treasurer Report / Balance sheet update

   2. 1/23/23 Jay Westbrook (need to confirm Jay's presentation with Jeannie)
3. CEU process
   1. Continue with UCLA vs transition to HPNA (the current donation in kind of CEU provision through UCLA might be disrupted if Jeannie were to leave her position for any reason)
4. Available positions for 1/2025-12/2026
   1. President Elect, Treasurer, possibly Secretary,  creation of ad-hoc board position or making chair positions members of the board are possibilities (may need to modify bylaws)
5. Communication: currently using UCLA platform
   1. May want to replace with chapter-based zoom account but need to review September Treasurer Report and discuss if UCLA platform will continue to remain an option 
6. Tax Status of Chapter
7. Leadership binder (future)
8. Website update
9. Chapter goals: Possible Mentor program
